New Louisville Openings News and Rumors From Around the Web

Louisville native Megan Beaven opened her first No Baked Cookie Dough location in Nashville after moving there for school but plans to open her second location at 805 Blankenbaker Parkway sometime this spring. According to this article in the courier journal, the cookie dough is safe to eat (due to heat treated flour and lack of eggs) and comes in nine different flavors.

According to Wave 3 , Bluegrass Brewing Company is returning to Fourth St at 654 S Fourth St. sometime in late March or early April with hopes of serving the Palace and Mercury Ballroom crowds.

Business Insider is tracking a potential Joella’s Hot Chicken opening in the Highlands.

Louisville Business First gave a sneak peek at the Louisville location of Lexington born North Lime Coffee and Donuts opening  most likely in March at 1228 S. Seventh St.

And a European fashioned pub, Pints and Union, should open at 114 E. Market in New Albany sometime in April, as reported by Louisvlile Insider.
