Allan Rosenberg’s wildly popular Papalinos NY style pizza is now available in the East End.

His new location is an amped up version of his Baxter Avenue location.  The full-service restaurant features an open kitchen design with a glassed-in charcuterie room in the rear. It seats 75 (the Baxter location seats 25) and will add another 100 plus seats when the patio opens this spring.

The full bar boasts 25 plus wines (chosen by their level 2 Sommelier), 45 bottled craft beers with 6 more on tap, and a full complement of liquor.

The menu has been expanded to include a dozen appetizers including house-cured charcuterie plates, marinated mixed olives and house-made pesto to name a few. More salad choices have been added and a list of flatbreads is also available.

But the pizza is still the draw. They have specialty pizzas and build-your-own pies, all available by the slice as well. Choices include nine cheeses, 12 sauces and 26 artisan toppings (most are locally sourced).

Delivery is in the plans but not for another 60 days.

Papalinos is located at 3598 Springhurst Blvd (in the former Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen location). Here is a map link.
