Two places that have made the upscale suburban community of Anchorage an eating attraction are undergoing some changes. Geoffrey Heyde, the chef who helped put the Village Anchor Pub and Roost on people’s worth-the-trip list, has resigned after 5 1/2 years on the job. and the Anchorage Café, 11505 Park Rd., a popular breakfast, lunch and coffee spot, has lost its lease and is relocating downtown.
