If you have been undecided about which of chef/restaurateur John Varanese’s three restaurants – Varanese on Frankfort Ave., River House or Levee at the River House, both on River Rd.– to dine at, you can solve your dilemma of indecision Thursday, Jan. 26 with a progressive dinner that will visit all three locations.

The dinner will start at River House Restaurant and Raw Bar, 3015 River Rd. Appetizers will be served there, along with a Four Roses bourbon cocktail. For the main course, Mint Julep Tours will shuttle diners to Varanese, 2106 Frankfort Ave. A second Four Roses bourbon cocktail will accompany the diner’s choice of Bourbon barrel-smoked pork chop, caramelized orange Bourbon salmon, or beef tips and tortellini. The Mint Julep tour buss will take diners back to Levee at the River House, where dessert will be paired with a final Four Roses Bourbon cocktail and live entertainment.

There will be two seatings for the dinner, at 6 and 7 p.m. Cost of the dinner, drink pairings and transportation between dining venues will be $70. Call (502) 899-9904 or email letsdine@varanese.com.
